Who's Listening

Frances is a wildlife biologist with over a decade of research experience studying marine mammals. Frances is leading the County's efforts to better understand and manage human impacts on the marine habitats and species that are found in the San Juan Islands. She manages a variety of projects including shoreline restoration and creosote removal, and also leads the County's Southern Resident killer whale recovery efforts.
